How do I book and purchase my tan session?Download our Bare & Bronze app, click Memberships, select your preferred option, either a monthly membership or a one off payment, now you have credit you'll be able to see all our availability, we are open 24/7. We are a pre paid service, when you click 'Pay Now' that's when you will be charged. No expiry date on the Pay as you tan option.

What is the contactless spray tan booth?Bare & Bronze use state of the art spray tan booths that provide a custom spray tanning experience in your own private room to get you bronzed in a matter of minutes. Once you've stepped into the booth, it will sense your height and you'll be guided into 4 different positions with 3 spray nozzles for an even full-body coverage. The open booth provides a warm environment that is comfortably heated, guaranteeing even in winter you'll stay warm. An easy and relaxing experience, resulting in a beautiful tan. Our booths self-clean to ensure its fresh every time you step in.

Is the Bare & Bronze tanning solution/booth pregnancy safe?Yes, our tans are all natural and organic, plus the odourless solutions and well ventilated booths mean expecting mums can still enjoy the bare and bronze experience.

How do i solve my account issues?SOLVING YOUR ACCOUNT ISSUES - Open your app - Click the left hand drop down menu - Click My Account - Outstanding charges Do not purchase another tan if your first payment fails, just click on your account via the app, pay any outstanding chargers or update your billing details. Hope this help!

Will the tanning solution stain my clothes?The bronzer is water soluble and will be removed after the next wash in cold water. To avoid the risk altogether, do not wear tight fitting or light-coloured clothing right after applying your tan.

How to cancel my booking?You can cancel and re book as many times as you like using the Bare & Bronze app. Just click on your booking and press the red cancel button. You can only cancel and re-book up to half an hour before your booking otherwise you will lose your session.

What does it mean to link a family member?Members must be at least 16 years of age to book a spray tan and have permission from the parent/guardian. All under 18's must be linked with a parent/guardian and create their own profile. Linking this member will result in the parent/guardian taking responsibility of (and paying for) their future membership payments.

What does 24/7 access mean?We are open 24/7 to members. Our studio is accessible with a custom fob or via your Bare & Bronze app and members can be reassured that with our swipe access security fob system and our 24/7 surveillance in all common areas you can feel comfortable coming anytime day or night. We also have staffed hours.

What is Bare & Bronze?Bare & Bronze is a 24/7 contactless spray tanning studio that allows members 24/7 access to our private automated spray tan booths. Convenient for even the busiest of lifestyles, making it easier to be tanned all year round. With our member app and tailored membership packages you're sure to find a package that suits the way you tan. Not sure if you're ready to make the commitment? Don't worry we cater for pay as you go tanners also, but we are confident once you have the bare & bronze experience, you'll become a part of the bare & bronze community.

How do i use my phone to access the booth?Open your app and click CHECK-IN. Holding your phone steady with the screen facing you about 5cm from the door reader. If your screen brings up your Digital card wallet, you are too close to the door reader. Re-scan using the check-in button, slightly further away. If your phone says ‘No doors found’ then you are too far away from the door reader. Go slightly closer and try again. BE ON TIME! USE YOUR FOB OR PHONE TO ACCESS YOUR BOOKED BOOTH AT THE EXACT TIME DROP US A MESSAGE IF YOU WOULD LIKE A FOB FOR YOUR NEXT VISIT

How do I select my tan?Our booths have 3 colours each with 3 colour depths to choose from, either Crystal Clear, Golden Globes or Red Carpet. Each room has a tan menu so you can customise your tan experience. Select your preferred code and enter this into the blue Tmax box on the booth, just press and hold the small arrow until you get to your number then press start.
